We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely accurate, complete, or current as the inventory system is not dynamic. We reserve the right to modify or update the information on our website at any time, without prior notice. Hence it is the customer’s responsibility to enquiring on the product availability of older products prior to payment.


2. Ordering and Purchasing:
The prices displayed on our website are in the currency selected and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.


3. Shipping and Delivery:
We aim to deliver the products within the estimated delivery timeframe specified on our website. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be added to the total purchase price during checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable to international shipments.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party shipping carriers. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to the customer upon delivery.


4. Returns and Refunds:
We do not accept any order cancellations or returns, nor provide refunds or exchanges in accordance with our refund/return policy, which is available for vieiwing under our FAQs tab.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible!

Processing times:
- Ready-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days
- Pre-order items have a typical processing time of 10 business days, prior to shipping out

Shipping times for Singapore addresses:
- Next-day tracked doorstep delivery (2-3 business days)
- FREE for payment via PayNow, flat rate of $6.50 per credit card transaction
- Free pick up available at Kovan NE13 MRT (flexible timing)

Shipping times for Rest of World:
- SingPost tracked economy postage (14-21 business days)
- Aramex express (3-7 business days)
- UPS express (2-5 business days)
- DHL express

*Please note that processing and shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Chat with us if your order is urgent!

What is your refund/return policy?

All orders are confirmed once placed, hence we cannot change or cancel your order. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

All items are brand new. However, some items may have some creases, loose threads or very slight dirt on them which do come off in the wash. These do not constitute as defects. Fussy buyers are advised to shop from the original retailers instead!

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most regions! Do refer to the previous tab on the various the shipping options + wait times. Postage rates vary.

Are taxes covered if I’m shopping from outside of Singapore?

Yes, shop with ease with no additional duties or taxes!

Are your products authentic? Do they have labels?
Yes, all products are specially sourced from original factories. Most items have their labels cut for legal reasons. Do refer to the item description of the individual products for the label condition! Cut labels are not considered as defects.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
