Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible!

Total wait time = processing time + shipping time 

Processing times:
- Ready-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not have any ready-stock unless stated otherwise. 
- Pre-order items have a typical processing time of 1.5-3 weeks for clothes and 3-4 weeks for bags and shoes, prior to shipping out.

Shipping times for Singapore addresses:
- Next-day tracked doorstep delivery (2-3 business days)
- FREE for payment via PayNow (Hitpay gateway), flat rate of $5.95 per credit card transaction

Shipping times for Rest of World:
- Uninsured tracked economy (14-21 business days)
- FedEx express (3-5 business days)
- DHL express (2-3 business days)
