For non-delivery of items shipped via DHL or FedEx for reasons excluding incomplete or inaccurate addresses, the standard coverage will be SGD 20 per kg or as per the Terms & Conditions of the courier (whichever lower).

If you would like higher coverage for your DHL or FedEx shipments, please purchase additional coverage below. Please note that coverage will depend on the declared value of the item(s) or up to the selected amount, whichever lower. We must declare your full order value in the customs declaration, should you opt for additional insurance.

For orders shipped via tracked economy postage, there will be no coverage.

We are not liable for any missing/damaged parcels.
